Can we choose which places to visit?

Select a custom experience and we’ll collaborate to plan your ultimate day out. Of course, the final itinerary will depend on availability.

Are the tours suitable for locals?

Definitely! We love to welcome locals and we are sure you’ll discover something new. Who doesn’t love a day out with good food and wine?!

Are the tours suitable for children?

Certainly, please select the custom tour option and we’ll organise the perfect day for your family.

Can I shop while on the tour?

Of course. We’ll share our favaourite shops!

Are the tours dog friendly?

The Tasting Trail and our private wine tours are dog friendly. Please notify at time of booking so we can tailor the tour accordingly.

Food

Can you accommodate food allergies?

We can cater for most food preferences and allergies. Please check prior to booking.

Is the food locally sourced?

Yes, where possible, we source local food and love sharing this knowledge with guests. We are passionate about supporting local growers, producers and manufacturers.

Logistics

Do you offer tours for large bus groups?

Yes, we can provide a guide who will showcase Orange. Please contact Pam for further information.

Do you offer tours of Orange for corporate groups?

Yes, we can customise the perfect tour. Contact Pam and she’ll be happy to help.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Yes, our gift vouchers are redeambale for any tours. They are a perfect present for foodies, locals and visitors. Vouchers are available online from $100 to $1000

What if the weather is not ideal?

All tours operate rain, hail or snow! It is impossible to cancel a tour at the last minute due to circumstances beyond our control. Bring a jacket and your sense of humour!

How many people will be on the tour?

The Tasting Trail – maximum of 10 guests

The Village Trail – maximum of 7 guests

The Wine Trail – ,aximum of 7 guests (except during festivals where there maybe 10 guests)

The Saffron Trail – maximum of 7 guests

All other tours are private.

Are the tours inclusive?

Yes, we welcome everyone. If you are concerned about your ability to join the tour, please contact us prior to booking.

Will I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, our insurance company requires all guests over the age of 18 to sign a waiver. If you choose not to sign, you will not be able to participate in the tour and no refund will be given.
